How Can low Sperm Count Along With Varicocele Be Treated?

Hello Doctor I have low sperm count 23 ml only . and also on my left testicle , there is mild vericosile also, My urologist told me the reason for the low sperm count is due to this issue Can I take Addyzoa to improve or should I go for surgery. Nazfy

Hi, I think if your count is more than 15 million per ml, it is normal. So, there is no need of surgery in that case. If it is below that, you can take some antioxidant and vitamins supplements like addyzoa to improve the count. You can take it for 3 months. Repeat a semen analysis after 1 month with 3 to 5 days of abstinence. If it doesn't work, then you can go for surgery. Hope I have answered your question.
